ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has successfully conducted the flight test of the indigenously developed “Taimoor” air-launched cruise missile, marking a significant milestone in the country’s defense and aerospace capabilities, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed on Saturday.

The Taimoor missile is designed to engage both land and sea targets with high precision at a range of 600 kilometers, carrying a conventional warhead. Equipped with a state-of-the-art navigation and guidance system, the missile can operate at low altitudes, allowing it to evade hostile air and missile defense systems.

PAF Chief Air Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu congratulated the scientists, engineers, and the PAF team, praising their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to advancing Pakistan’s defense capabilities.
